Our rigorous screening process yields tenants more likely to stay longer and avoid problems down the road. Background checks are done on applicants at least 18 years of age, providing insight on any criminal record, credit score, employment, and paystubs. Throughout the process you will be able to review our work via the online portal we provide.
Work Orders
If you do not have your own contractors, we are able to provide them through our Construction and Development company. Whether it’s a simple service call or a complete remodel, our clients appreciate our reasonable rates, high-quality work, and attention to detail.
When a tenant submits a maintenance request, we will arrive on site within one day and prepare an estimate for you, including pictures and a detailed description.
Rent Collection
Tenants are provided with several payment methods, the most popular being our online option. To streamline the process, our management fees are collected at the time rent is paid.
Utility Reimbursement
We understand that your time is valuable, and so we offer management of utilities at no additional charge. Utilities that the tenant is responsible for are added to their ledger. Depending on your preference, once the tenant makes their payment, we can forward the money to you or pay the utility company on your behalf.
Evictions
While we prefer to avoid eviction proceedings, they are sometimes necessary. We are happy to work with your attorney, if you would like. If not, we work with one of the best law firms in Pennsylvania, ensuring that possession of the property is obtained as quickly as possible – the eviction process takes approximately one month. Prosperity will attend court hearings for you.
